Terms of business

Introduction

Westminster Insurance Limited does not provide financial nor insurance advice.

Westminster Insurance Limited acts as an Insurance Intermediary and has issuing rights provided to us by various insurers. That means we act as agents for various insurers by placing insurance with them as Insurers - and helping you with any subsequent event or alteration to your insurance that we have placed on your behalf.

Westminster Insurance Ltd is NOT an insurer.

We seek to achieve the highest professional standards and operate in accordance with the following Terms of Business.

In respect of on-line trading, Westminster Insurance Limited acts either as set out above using rights afforded to us or as an introducer only to other insurance brokers competent in the area of enquiry. We do not in any circumstance act as Underwriter or Insurer nor do we guarantee or otherwise warrant the solvency of any Underwriter or Insurer.

The major part of these terms of business relate to those circumstances where we act using the rights afforded to us by various insurers. If we are dealing with other matters concerning other types of insurance then we so as introducers. If we act as an introducer then we take no responsibility whatsoever for the advice and service offered by the firm we introduce you to.
